Simple Oven-Baked BBQ Pork Chops In The Oven
- 3 pork chops (a thick cut, 3/4″ – 1″)
- 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/8 cup white vinegar
- 1/2 TBS Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 TBS honey or brown sugar
- 1/4 cup tomato ketchup
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Lay out pork chops in heavy duty baking pan, glass or otherwise.
- Spread sliced onion evenly over the pork chops.
- Mix together all remaining ingredients.
- Pour mixture evenly over pork chops and onions.
